Marlowe Gilmore (He/Him)
Marlowe GilmoreĀ is the Founder and CEO of ChargeHub Dynamics Inc., a Washington-based clean energy infrastructure firm focused on the design, development, and deployment of electric vehicle charging, solar, and battery systems. As a Minority-Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business leader, he is committed to advancing equitable EV infrastructure while building scalable, revenue-generating energy assets across commercial and community-based properties.
Marlowe brings a unique combination of public-sector leadership and private-sector execution. He spent more than 15 years with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), where he served as a Field Office Manager and Supervisory Project Manager overseeing over 350,000 square feet of federal facilities and directing more than 250 design and construction projects across Washington and Alaska. His work emphasized cost control, schedule performance, and operational continuity across complex portfolios.
In 2024, he founded ChargeHub Dynamics to address the growing need for practical, scalable EV infrastructure solutions. Under his leadership, the company has delivered EV charging installations across faith-based campuses and secured multiple grant-funded projects throughout Washington State, while building a pipeline of projects in underserved and high-impact communities.
Earlier in his career, Marlowe served 20 years as a commissioned officer in the United States Army, retiring as a Major. His experience includes operational planning and execution in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, as well as leadership development through Army ROTC. He also led private-sector deployment teams supporting the modernization of tribal casino infrastructure across Washington State.
Marlowe holds a Masterās degree in Project Management from The George Washington University and is certified at the highest level under the Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC-P/PM Level III). His work today sits at the intersection of infrastructure, energy, and economic developmentābridging strategy and execution to deliver real-world electrification outcomes.
