A delicious assortment of locally sourced, climate-friendly vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free refreshments will be served.

Morning Refreshments- 8:15-9:00 am

Start your day with fresh fruit from Freshii, juice, tea, fresh brewed coffee donated by Batdorf & Bronson, and an assortment of vegan and gluten-free sweet breads, scones and bagels from 8 Arms Bakery

Vegan

Sweet Breads: Cranberry Orange, Pumpkin Spice, Zucchini, Apple Spice, Carrot, Blueberry

Scones:  Cranberry Orange, Currant, Banana Chocolate Chip,  Cinnamon Raisin, Blueberry, Lemon Ginger 

Bagels: Plain, Everything, Whole-wheat, Cinnamon Raisin

Gluten-free

Muffins (contains milk and eggs): Blueberry Crumble, Pumpkin Chocolate Chip, Banana, Cranberry Orange

Scones (contains milk and eggs): Cranberry Orange, Currant, Banana Chocolate Chip,  Cinnamon Raisin, Blueberry, Lemon Ginger 

Bagels (contains eggs): Plain, Everything, Cinnamon Raisin

Coffee & Tea will be available throughout the day.

 

Lunch- 12:45-2:10 pm

Enjoy a hearty lunch of assorted wraps, salads and fresh fruit from Freshii and cookies from 8 Arms Bakery.

Freshii wraps:

Buffalo Wrap: tofu, romaine, cherry tomatoes, carrots, celery, buffalo sauce.
Half of the Buffalo Wraps will be vegan, half will contain blue cheese and Greek yogurt ranch.

Fiesta Wrap: field greens, avocado, corn, black beans, salsa fresca, cilantro lime vinaigrette.
Half of the Fiesta Wraps will be vegan, half will contain aged cheddar cheese.

Umami Wrap: kale, brown rice, avocado, edamame, carrots, cucumber, cabbage, mushrooms, hemp seeds, ginger mayo dressing

Freshii salads:

Fiesta Salad: field greens, avocado, corn, black beans, salsa fresca, cilantro lime vinaigrette.
Aged cheddar cheese will be served on the side.

Market Salad: field greens & spinach, quinoa, avocado, dried cranberries, beet slaw, carrots, green apple, honey dijon dressing.
Feta cheese will be served on the side.

Metaboost Salad: spinach, kale & field greens, mango, carrots, edamame, balsamic vinaigrette.
Goat cheese and almonds will be served on the side.

Fruit Plate: strawberries, apples, pineapple, mango, banana
