Active Hope in Climate Disruption – Climate Grief Workshop

July 2, 2022 - 9:30 am

Active Hope Workshop Saturday July 2nd  from 9:30am to 5:30pm.

This Joanna Macy (Work that Reconnects) style workshop is a chance to work with gratitude, our grief for the world, with new and ancient insights, and to formulate a way forward in this tumultuous time we are living in.  Between the pandemic, climate change, the war in the Ukraine, mass shootings, and ongoing police violence, the world is a difficult place to navigate, and yet there is still also joy and hope.  Your pain for the world comes from your love for the world. Use that love to empower your actions on behalf of our Earth.  This workshop is experiential and participatory, it is both emotional and spiritual and deeply connected to Earth. Please come with an open heart and mind ready to share vulnerable space with others.

This workshop will be held outdoors, address shared with participants upon registration. Sliding scale cost for day long workshop $25-$85, no one turned away for lack of funds. Proof of vaccination required, mask optional outdoors.
