Conflict Navigation for Activists

Conflict navigation is a critical skill utilized by just about every single person, but it’s not really one that we’re taught to develop. Particularly for those of us working in organizations and goal-oriented campaigns, developing this skill set can help us become more effective at building and maintaining relationships, navigating social and structural challenges, and avoiding burnout. This training will cover some basic theory about conflict and how it can manifest, as well as some practical tools that we can use to become more skilled at navigating conflict, recognizing harm, and strengthening relationships. All of which will contribute to being a better organizer.
